Eye & Neck Exercises

Here are some simple exercises to relax your eyes and neck during your break.

Eye Exercises

  • Close your eyes tightly for 5 seconds, then open them wide. Repeat 5 times.
  • Look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes.
  • Move your eyes in circles for 30 seconds clockwise, then counterclockwise.

Neck Exercises

  • Roll your shoulders in a circular motion for 30 seconds.
  • Gently tilt your head forward, then back. Repeat 5 times.
  • Turn your head from left to right for 10 seconds, then repeat on the other side.
